About the role

You'll run the floor for your shift: assigning pick, pack, receiving, and shipping tasks, monitoring throughput against daily targets, and jumping in wherever the flow bottlenecks. You'll train new hires, verify orders leave accurate and on time, enforce safe forklift and lifting practices, investigate inventory discrepancies, and keep the warehouse clean and organized. You'll be the first escalation point for problems and the supervisor's eyes on the floor.

You bring solid warehouse experience, credibility with the crew because you can do every job you assign, and steady judgment during peak volume. You communicate clearly, keep safety non-negotiable, and take ownership of your shift's numbers without needing to be pushed.
